BIOGRAPHY

Thank you for taking the time to look through my work. I hope you have been taken on a journey.

My aim in creating art is for the viewer to have their time rewarded by including a variety of elements to ponder over, or new avenues to explore. It is my hope that each time one looks at a piece, one sees something else, and that this will trigger new ideas, thoughts, and dreams.

I am fascinated by the tension that exists between sense and nonsense, the know and the unknown, order and chaos. To one person, a theoretical equation or schematic has no meaning, while another can use them to understand the universe or bring creations into existence. Garbled noise to one who does not speak a language, is poetry to one who is fluent.

It is this relationship that I aim to explore in my work, and which I hope will cause the viewer to reflect on the fundamental nature of reality, which is devoid of any inherent meaning. The only meaning that exists is that which we project upon the world.

It is my sincere wish that my work will help you to make new projections, and delve deeper into your understanding of your own personal reality.
